Rent Your Property Out Yourself

PUBLISHED 25 NOV 2020

LIST YOUR PROPERTY FOR RENT

By listing your property for rental on our website you will be able to reach millions of monthly visitors giving you access to a vast network of property seekers. The reason for this is that we share your listing with the largest property portals in South Africa, namely, Property24, Private Property, Property360 (previously IOL), MyProperty, Gumtree and many more. In addition, apart from various online marketing strategies, we also publish your property on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

WHO WE ARE

We are a registered Estate Agency with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and as online estate agents we specialise in online marketing and have cut out the middleman (the estate agent) and passed this saving onto you.

OUR FEE

We charge a fixed listing fee of R975, payable upfront. Your advertisement will be listed for 3 months or until you find a tenant, whichever occurs first. Estate Agent’s assistance can be provided at an optional upfront fee of R1 500 – refunded in full if no tenant is found within 3 months of listing.

WHAT WE DO

We will list your photos onto our website and write a compelling description of your property.

Once you approve the listing, we will activate it and push it through to all the major property websites mentioned above.

For privacy purposes and spam prevention your personal contact details will not be listed on our website and when we do receive enquiries, we’ll redirect them to your mobile number.

We will provide you with weekly performance feedback of your listing received from the various websites.

WHAT YOU DO

Provide us with photos and a description of your property (we’ll show you how).

Arrange viewings and show prospective tenants your property (we will advise you on what to do).

Arrange for lease and signature thereof, collect payment of amounts due, credit check, key handover and entry inspection of property with tenant and ongoing collection of the monthly rental during lease period.
